Booking Policy

The hotel administration accepts booking requests via post, telephone, electronic means or in any other manner. The booking is considered ‘guaranteed’ when a guest has made a prepayment for one-night stay by the means stated below.

The one-night stay prepayment can be done as follows:

1) Providing your credit card data to us (we accept credit cards Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, CUP, HCT). In this case we will charge the price of 1 night.

2) Making the bank transfer (25%, for the big groups or big periods the prepayment is to be discussed).

3) Book from the hotel website (by pressing the button BOOK NOW). In this case we will charge the price for 1 night.

You can also pay for your stay at the hotel reception without prior booking, subject to room availability.

Hotel check-in is subject to full advance payment, if the total period of stay is 7 nights or less. In case the client intends to stay longer than 7 nights, advance payment should be made for 7-night stay and the balance can be paid later.

Booking Cancellation or Amendment

If the booking is cancelled or changed:

more than 15 calendar days before the check-in date, the sum paid will be refunded * to the client or the booking can be carried over to a different period, if the client so desires;
less than 15 but more than 7 calendar days before the check-in date there will be a charge for one-night stay;
less than 7 calendar days before the check-in date, or in case of failure to check-in, the guest will be charged the full amount for the entire duration of their stay.
The booking is maintained until midnight at the same day. Please inform us in case of late check-in.

*the refunding may take up to 2 weeks, because of complicated system of international bank transfer in Nepal & Bank charge will be deducted.

Check-in time: 13-00
Check-out time: 12-00

Check-In Policy

To check in, a guest will be required to present an ID to the hotel receptionist.

You may be requested to show the credit card you used to make the payment where a payment by credit card has been made. If another person used their card to pay for your stay, please advise the hotel administration accordingly using a special form.

At the time of checking into the hotel, a guest is to sign on the registration card confirming that the personal data they provided is true and accurate. This represents an agreement for the hotel to provide hotel services to the guest on the terms and conditions set forth in the Hotel Policy.

Our manager will give you a key (or keys) to your room, an Internet password and the clerk will help you get your luggage to the room.

Check-Out Policy

At the time of checking out of the hotel, the guest is to:

have the floor maid check the room according to the inventory list found in the room;
pay in full for all the services used, and
return the room key(s) to the receptionist.
Early Check-In and late Check-Out

If checking in before the check-out time from 06:00 AM to 12:00 AM, some time you need to wait till your check in time if the room is available we may allowed you to check-in before your check-in time without any extra charge.

A full day’s rate is collected where the stay is less than one day.

In case of delayed check-out, the payment will be collected from the guest as follows:

if less than 3 hours after the check-out time, an hourly payment of 10% of the room rate per day;
if more than 3 but less than 7 hours, 50% of the room rate;
if more than 7 hours after the check-out time, the full rate per day.
